  A very comfortable hotel, with personalized attention. Very well heated and clean. Very good food served at dinner. Very attentive and efficient staff. Very good location and beautiful view from the rooms. I recommend it.

  The facade of the hotel is very nice. The room had everything but nothing worked very well, from the TV to the shower to the mattress. The attention should improve, I suppose that perhaps there were new employees who did not know how to give good service to a large number of people. And breakfast was the worst.

  The hotel has a nice view of the lake but is uphill the city center and in an isolated place. The internet works just in the common areas, the toilet in our room was not fixed, there were a lot of fungi around the window. The breakfast is simple and the service not that good
