  First of all, is NOT a 4 star hotel, maybe it was years ago but not anymore, they charged us a fortune to stay and it was not worth it at all, we could of stayed in much better places for that money. The entire place needs lots of maintenance, specially the pool area, carpets all around, bathrooms, rooms and the breakfast room. ..and last, Argentinians have no respect whatsoever for other people staying at the hotel, it was incredibly noisy specially at late hours, it was a nightmare to try to sleep, it was full of families, lots of children running around the corridors, parents didn't do anything about it and neither the hotel staff, unbelievable. I do not recommend this place at all, they need to start seriously thinking on how to fix all this.

  By far the worse hotel I’ve stayed in despite traveling across the world. To start, the receptionist staff was so rude I was shocked. We were guided to a room that smelled of smoke. We let the hotel receptionist know we had asthma and they said they didn’t care and that because reserved 48 hours before we had to stay or would pay for at least one nights stay. We spoke to the manager who was equally unhelpful and did not apologize for her staff. Instead she insisted we pay for the room in its entirety before we stayed. We had before this stayed at hotel Aike which was delightful and a walking distance from restaurants and bars. This hotel is a 20 min walk and has stained carpets and is outdated. I would highly recommend the more affordable and closer to the city hotels.

  The hotel meet the expectations. It is well maintained, clean and with friendly staff. On the downside, you can't regulate the AC temperature in the room so we were a bit hot during the night. The gluten-free breakfast do not have too many things to choose from.
