  The place is VERY NICE as it has SPECTACULAR views of the lake. (The downside for the elderly or people with reduced mobility is that access to all places is through numerous steps... Even the bedroom has them...) The bar service is VERY scarce, at breakfast, (of the 10 days that we stayed, only 2 had fruit, it did not have anything salty, some croissants were from the day before (because of how hard they were). On the menu for lunch, They did not have ANYTHING of what it said as the main course.. The pool (VERY NICE) but the waterfalls or hydromassage did not work.. And although it was clean, maintenance was done at times when people used it.. EXCELLENT attention and predisposition of the reception people!

  Excellent place that cradled me for a few days while working. Staff predisposed to any concern, pleasant dining room, super quiet living room, the views from the rooms are a LITERAL luxury, outdoor and heated pool, both a beauty. You get the best view of Carlos Paz in that hotel.

  Everything is excellent, as you can see in the photos the view is excellent, the outdoor pool is beautiful and the heated one had some details that were going to be repaired from this week, they have a great variety both for breakfast and lunch but without a doubt the best It is the kindness and warmth of the people who work in the hotel. Without a doubt, on my next trip to Villa I will return to this magnificent hotel.

  Beautiful hotel, with a spectacular view. Good breakfast, I am celiac and they gave me bread, pastries and pudding, closed and careful, but none of the infusions were suitable, coffee tea etc have the same value, I recommend looking at the package at the time of purchase and that they are suitable. The room with a kitchen, which we had very nice, but they should take more care of cleaning
