  Thank you Fabrizio for your attention! Excellent . The wagon very well equipped. The only thing to improve is cleanliness. The super comfortable bed and the very quiet environment. There is no cat smell that's a lie. I fell in love with that super sociable black michi. I love going to an establishment and having an animal 💕.

  Nice location but dirty. Smell of cat pee throughout the property. The cups still broken and dirty from previous use, dust everywhere. Very ugly to go on vacation and not want to go to bed because you know everything is dirty 😔. The service complied with everything previously agreed.

  Very good attention. The cabin quite neglected, the bedding very worn, it is time to replace it. The cold wind enters from all sides, you have to be very warm and with all the heating to the maximum.

  We stayed 3 nights in March 2022. It was my husband and I, they had reserved a cabin for two, but when we arrived they gave us one for 4, so it was more comfortable for us to have more space. As other comments say, they only write you by WA how to enter, only the next day Marcela appeared, so that we can settle the stay. The cabin that we got is on beams, somewhat high, and is somewhat inclined. One of the nights it rained very hard and leaked water from one side. The small bathroom and the very uncomfortable shower, since it is under the stairs that take you to the rooms. The super spacious double room. The comfortable kitchen, with the essentials in terms of crockery. Very nice common spaces, lots of vegetation. The garage system is a bit uncomfortable: they assign you one which you have to open and close manually, sometimes the latch was stuck because the floor is uneven. Access to the complex is by dirt road but well maintained. Affordable price, picturesque place.

  The photos speak for themselves. We went to spend 3 nights from 3/21/22 to 3/23/22 with my girlfriend in the exclusive Premium cabin, we left after the first. No one receives you, they use Whatsapp, I talked to Fabricio, if I hadn't called him he would never have given me directions to enter the car if it weren't for a couple who were staying next to us who told us that they were surprised by the same thing. He gives you a code to withdraw the entrance key from a black box at the entrance of the car. What you see on the page is old, this is the reality, the wagon is very neglected, uneven (you will notice if you leave the doors ajar, they open by themselves), dirty in many parts, a musty smell, the Scottish shower drain quite covered since it accumulates water, the only pot had food stuck to it, the sheets were faded and dirty, one of the broken glasses and covered with cardboard, the air conditioning in the room leaks, as well as the hot water tank. They didn't even bother to remove the rest of the adhesive from the whirlpool. Anyway, don't be fooled, the bad reviews show the truth and the owner's sarcastic comments show how unprofessional he is to improve the quality of the property. The only good thing was the wifi, the cable TV and the location of the complex. Greetings.
