  The hotel has a perfect location, and has a covered, closed parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, whatever questions we had, they were able to advise. Great selection of breakfast items, however refilling and cleaning up the tables could receive more attention in the peak times. We had a corner room on the second floor, which was very cleans and had a huge bed and even a small balcony. There was a mobile electric heater, which was highly appreciated as we could set the temperature per our liking. The room was however very loud, and also rather cold due to the missing isolation of the windows. That should definitely need to be taken care of.

  Everything impeccable. We arrived for our honeymoon and they offered us a courtesy upgraded room. Perfect facilities, very comfortable and spacious room, excellent bed and breakfast a 10. Divine staff. We highly recommend! We hope to return soon.

  Mold in the room and bathroom. It started bad when the reception clerk who checked us in has sent us to a restaurant closed on new year's day. The room which he gave us had mold in the room and bathroom, a broken window, dirty walls and very dated decor. it was too late when we figured it out so we told the staff on the morning after. They failed to fix it during the whole day or offer another room. When we came back and complained again, the lady at the front desk told me to speak to them in the morning, when we checked out. When we checked out, nothing was mentioned, and when i mentioned it, the clerk offered a refund but he said that I should sort it out with expedia. When they got the call from expedia, they declined. Avoid this hotel, Avoid room 107. BTW, The photos on Expedia to not reflect reality. Especially the bathrooms. Completely misleading.
