  I arrived to return my car at 18.30, my return time was set at 19.00, the office was empty and no one was there. I waited, and waited, we called the office numerous times with no result. After this he just looked away. As we left, I was very disappointed and frustrated so I slammed the door. Your staff then ran down the street yelling at me and when he reached me he pushed me.
