  To begin with, a place where one goes with the family does not have a highchair. It was a shame. I stayed 4 days and I had my one-year-old daughter at UPA for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then the bed and pillow 🤦🏻‍♂️ x god they don't even work for the dog's bed and finally wear goggles for the pool because the water leaves a lot to be desired In summary, go elsewhere, it is not worth half of what we paid

  Excellent place to relax. We spent 4 days, excellent attention from employees, Nicardo was our waiter every night and a super friendly GENIUS. And the manager Jonathan super attentive to all the needs of those who stay and super friendly The food is very rich and abundant. The boy with the horses also a divine Carolina, who is in charge of children's entertainment, had challenges due to bad weather, but between making them cook or showing them movies at night, they got super hooked on the activities. Very family atmosphere!! A big place

  Very good stay and service of the place. I highlight the attention of the girl Carolina, always kind and attentive to the needs. The varied and abundant meals with options to satisfy everyone. Mr. Jonathan from management also very friendly and helpful. We spent some nice days off with the family. My children enjoyed the place and the heated pool. As a suggestion, it would be good to have a TV in the rooms as another option for distraction. Thanks for everything!

  It was not what I expected. The place is very nice on the outside, the field and the forest. It does not have games for children in such a large space. The heated pool, very poorly heated, there were days when it was at the same temperature as the one outside. The rooms are very small, we are 5 and we were all in the same room. I never asked, but I assumed that a couple and three children would have at least two rooms for that price, they should clarify that. The food is good and the attention of the staff too. I didn't like that nobody picks up the trash that is lying around the field, there are bags left, papers lying around. I think it's a shame because it makes the place ugly. I think they could improve in some aspects, the place has potential. We had beautiful days and we were able to take advantage.
