::Bad experience. The hotel is nice but they don't change sheets or towels daily. On the other hand, the breakfast that they bring you to the room, very poor. They always forgot what was requested and sent one piece of toast per person, shame. If you claim something, they would ask you what they had given you so as not to give you a piece of toast or an extra sweet. Disaster because for the same price you go to a 4 or 5 star hotel with buffet breakfast!

::Much luxury but poor quality. Problems sleeping, poor quality box springs, broken elastic. They fixed it. The heating didn't work, we bathed with cold water, we both got sick. Low quality artifacts, pure tin cutlery bent the forks in half. Rich but scarce breakfast! 4 toasts and just a mini pot of butter. I asked that they send me one more butter, they did but they took away the cheese! A misery! The incomplete cookware! No wine glasses or coffee grounds. The pots are very dirty with oil that has been stuck for a long time. Without pizza. It is a luxury Apart according to them, but there are details that lower the category. The decoration is beautiful! But I think they should check the room before handing it over to make sure it is in good condition so as to avoid these bad stays. The pool is not heated as they say, the water is always cold, cloudy days impossible to use it. The common spaces are very nice and clean, the zoom and the gym are very complete and new! They have several grills upstairs but they won't let you use them. The cleanliness of the apartment is very good, except for the pots and lids that were full of grease upon entering. The beautiful balcony is a pity we could not use it at night because we never found the lights... they were not marked or in plain sight. The towels many days came torn with holes and frayed or dirty. Shame on an almost new Apart. The staff are all young guys who are polite and willing to solve problems. The only thing that bothered us is that one day we went down to reception and the blonde girl with long straight hair was chatting on her cell phone with another colleague, speaking badly about another, she left us waiting for a long time, and we started to huff, because we wanted to pay her for the rest that was left and go shopping and we spent at least 15 or 20 minutes talking about personal things and taking the skin off a colleague and leaving us standing there like fools. It bothered us quite a bit. It seems to me that these actions do not correspond, First there is the attention to the guest, and the work schedule must be worked, not used for personal criticism that leaves the Hotel in a bad light. Another thing, several days we called to have breakfast brought up and they never answered the phone at reception, we had to change and go down to let them know. So when we noticed this about this girl, we later realized why it was, surely instead of attending to the guests who called, she was paving with her cell phone. They should control the staff with cameras, since they have cameras everywhere in the hotel and the essentials are not controlled. We appreciate that the last day they left us a gift voucher to have lunch in the rest of Guapas below in compensation for the problems we had during the stay. Very good vibes from the short-haired girl, she was worried about the inconveniences we had. In general, the treatment of the staff was good and attentive. Lunch at Guapas was from the executive menu, the lousy bruchettas, two miniature toasts with a slice of tomato with oregano, (learn how to make bushettas) the rest was good. Only that they made us order only what was on the executive menu and lunch was supposed to be what you wanted, they offered us coffee or ice cream and we couldn't choose another dessert. But hey, they were fine with that gesture. Then they took a long time to let us go, since the waiter said that we had to sign, we waited and waited and the cashier looked at us and didn't come to settle everything, if we didn't have to pay, just sign. My husband got tired and went to tell her what was happening and she was cleaning the glasses, she took all her time to get the voucher and do I don't know what to sign and we can leave. In short, Apart Lusso Hotel is very nice with many details to improve. I hope they serve as constructive criticism so that the stay is 100% ideal

::A hotel to spend a very pleasant stay. The rooms are impeccable, with a beautiful themed decoration. The staff is very attentive and cordial. The apartments are very comfortable and super well equipped. The beds very comfortable. The quite complete breakfast with several infusions, milk, orange juice, sweet bills, lactal bread, spreadable cheese, jam, butter, ham, cheese and fruit salad. yummy! A place to return.

::This themed hotel is truly amazing! I spent a fantastic weekend with my family in a themed room from Thailand’s Island called “Ko Tapu”. Each themed room is fully equipped and has an outstanding refined decoration, modern furnishings and unique flavored scents. The swimming pool at the rooftop became the favorite place for my kids and they also enjoyed the Games Room. The Fitness Center also exceeded all my expectations. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and aware of all the comfort details. We had a fantastic dinner and lunch at GUAPAS - Resto Bar at the lobby level. My children also enjoyed this awesome location as it is just in front of the lake. I will come back soon and try another room for sure!
