  Disaster... I had to go cash a check from an insurance company. As you are not a client of the bank, you do not have priority, I was waiting at least 45 minutes, at times there was no one in the bank and there was no way to get my number. At least 25 people passed by and I was still not served. I understand that there is priority for bank clients. But I didn't choose to go there and I can't be discriminated against like that... I had to ask for the document of a client of the macro to get a new number and in 2 minutes they were paying me... A complete disgrace. Worse for an elderly couple who was waiting and going through the same thing as me Again I choose my bank par excellence and not you. Have a nice day
