  They should teach respect to their commercial service employees, if they bully their colleagues as they serve the public... I changed banks just for that reason and I'm already making my relatives change

  a bank with a single box and two old men without the desire to work who should have retired 25 years ago. The only one that made me feel sorry for him is the security guy who didn't do much more and they put him to clean floors. a shame everything RATS...

  It is a Bank with a single box and the administrative staff are not operational, for a small procedure you can spend hours, and then they give you a little card with your name, email, etc. and they never answer you. Inoperative and Inefficient (this was before the pandemic) now I don't know.

  Customer service is good. The employees always seek to give you a solution... the new manager has no relationship with the clients... it didn't happen before! For everything else excellent!
