::AWESOME ATTENTION! They seem to hate retirees. I went with my grandfather twice to do a paperwork and when we arrived (after 40 minutes) the girl from the box told us that it couldn't be done because that's what the fine print says, all this having gathered the papers that had been requested days back to get to this. ZERO EMPATHY FOR THIS BANK! A DISASTER!

::Sooo bad attention, the ATM that receives deposits without envelopes withheld my deposits without giving me vouchers. And it still does not impact one of the deposits. I went to complain and I still have no answer from the manager mr. Marcos Miranda, who asks for the complaints book and told me that they do not have to submit a written note.

::Extremely slow ... the employees are bothered that you make quick inquiries ... Totally different from other branches in the country ... Unfortunately the lack of respect for the customer. Check the numerators ... Average more than an hour is lost in there. There are days when I lost almost 3 hours.
