  It always takes between 1:30 and 2 hours to be attended by the cashier. While she was alone, the security personnel handled the delivery of checks by another employee, this was at 2.30 pm when closing time approached. I took out the NRO at 2:00 p.m. and was attended at 3:00 p.m. Obviously the branch manager fails, who does not know how to manage, is not interested in or is not controlled by the head office.
