  The bank is a service provider, however they act as if they belonged to the NOBILITY, they do not comply with basic rules of procedure. I did not know about purchases that were made with my stolen card, and it turns out that they do not refund the money because they say that I was in the stores, I have the location of the day I reported the card, I DID NOT KNOW THEY PURCHASED, and they protect thieves instead of your CUSTOMERS, SHAME FOR OTHERS, you have to LEGALLY make the BANK AUTHORITIES pay their responsibilities. RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS.
