  THE ADVERTISING THEY MAKE IS VERY NICE BUT WHEN THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DON'T DO IT. DO NOT PUT THE TELEPHONE ON THE PAGE IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER IT (USER BUSY ALWAYS, YES ALWAYS). THEY ARE GOING TO DISAPPEAR WHEN THE VIRTUAL BANKS ARE REALLY ACTIVATED.
