  De la peor atención al "distinguido paciente" (como dice en sus carteles) que vi en mi vida... Me atendieron 20 minutos dsp que pasó mi turno, habiéndole advertido a la señora que me atendió en 3 oportunidades que mi turno iba a ser a tal hora, era justo la htoa del turno y habiendo ya pasado 10 minutos de mi turno. Me hicieron esperar en total 65 minutos para que la señora se dé cuenta luego de haber pedido la orden médica firmada por mi para retirarme, que ya me había llamado la médica en el momento de mi turno y su excusa fue (pq ni siquiera pidió disculpas por haberme hecho perder el turno) que "bueno, es que estoy atendiendo, no puedo hacer todo al mismo tiempo" y luego tuve que insistirle 4 veces para que me devolviera la orden para romperla. A continuación pedí el libro de quejas, el cual le dijeron que no estaba en el recinto en el momento. Un circo ese centro médico y una vergüenza como paciente haber ido ahí.

  The doctors are excellent but they should renew the secretarial staff because they are not trained to attend to patients and the telephone at the same time or organize themselves in such a way that one person is in charge of answering the telephone. Impossible to take turns by this means.

  The medical staff is excellent, very good professionals but the secretariat, a disaster, they should receive training on how to serve the client because they make you feel that you are going to bother if you want to request an appointment or make a consultation, in addition to giving you the information in the middle and then they get upset when you don't have all the documentation they need.

  Is one of the best private hospitals in the area, the doctors are the best and the attention is good, they answer the phone faster and the place is good too, i love it, if you visit Tucuman and you need medical attention here is the best place.
