  I've been trying to place an order for 3 days, and they don't even answer. I know the number is correct because the first time I called to ask if they shipped, they answered. And then to ask no longer, and yesterday and today either. I see the information and it says that the place is open but nothing. A shame I don't know

  We ordered fajitas for 3, they sent us a tray with less than 1/4 meat, a shame !!!! On top of that, we call to complain and they cut off the phone, a lack of respect.

  The truth that bad. Today we ask for a tenderloin, nothing from another world. They told us that the wait was 1 hour, and it's been almost 2 hours and they still haven't brought us the order.   We ordered vegetarian tenderloin, nothing special, rich but simple, the size is impressive when you open the box but it has more bread than filling. The fries are the richest. We also ordered nachos with guacamole and it is not what is shown in the photo on the menu, it is a box with plain nachos and a small container with guacamole flavored mayonnaise. I don't think we will order again.

  I never buy there again. I have been a customer since they opened. We ordered fajitas and they were inedible. We called and they asked me for "photos of the meat" not even bits could be chewed because of how hard the meat was. "that they had changed the meat supplier" that "they were going to recognize my order for others". I call the other day and that "I had to see it with the manager and they called me. They didn't call me, I called again and they told me that "they were having a complicated kitchen and if the manager said yes, they were going to be complicated anyway. (Give me back what I already paid and expected a fair product)!!! A SHAME. I sent them a msg again and to this day they never contacted me, that is... This disclaimer is for the deplorable attention to customers who pay for a product and expect the product according to what they (sell). SO THEY KNOW IF IT HAPPENS TO THEM, NEITHER THE MANAGER NOR THE EMPLOYEES WILL TAKE CHARGE. THEY ARE GOING TO LIE TO YOU AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR NOT RECOGNIZING WHAT THEY THEMSELVES TELL YOU IS WRONG.
