  I contacted to ask questions about the complex, the manager Ariel attended me. The truth is a total lack of respect. It would be better if they didn't answer the phone if they don't feel like it. I imagine the service in those conditions to the guests. A pity because the place seems very nice but one more example of an employee who brings down a complex with his attention.
