They hospitalized a friend who went for a simple consultation, with the excuse of doing tests for a supposed noise in the lung (they never examined his back or chest). They did a thousand studies on him and he had to run away the next day because they didn't want to let him go to bill the social work as much as possible. messy and pitiful.

THEY ARE A DISASTER. They do not answer phones, nor whatsapp They don't have guards A single person attending the reception and has no idea about anything. CLOSE AT ONCE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT USING ANYTHING

Shift WhatsApp service doesn't work! And when you approach to take a shift in person, the receptionists don't want to work and tell you that there is no system. I went 3 times and there is no system, coincidence? I doubt it. I performed an operation and cannot do the control. If they can choose to go somewhere else better.

There are no doctors on the floor... the same one on duty treats hospitalized patients... the care is terrible and the doctors are beasts. My mother was literally left to die unattended, despite my pleas that someone do something. When they did, they did it wrong and late. They left her without oxygen and she died. Scary, they don't care about anything.

To be treated by the traumatologist they attend you at the reception and they tell you that you have to make a queue (messy and asking "who is the last one"), then (after 5 pm), they give you a number (I say: Do not you Could they deliver it when you arrive? ... You just want it to be orderly ...), and they send you to the sector where the doctor attends (which, apparently, attends according to "desire" and not to order, and that when I attended, he passed first, not to who had the number 1 but to a well-known one (it is possible to say that said "young lady" in order of arrival had the number 12)). That is, disorganization and disrespect. Public toilets a disaster.
