  We were at the Morón branch where we had a shift to be attended to by the member, which was not respected, they began to attend in order of arrival. In general, both medical and branch care is pleasant, except for this detail, if they make us take shifts they should be respected.

  The worst social work in the world!! Terrible in customer service. Scammers!!! The attention in the morón branch is the worst, they take you for a ride!! They laugh at one. They do not solve anything! Thieves!!!

  A DISASTER!!!! THEY NEVER TAKE CARE OF YOU AS IF WE PAID TWO PESOS, THEY ARE WORSE THAN A HOSPITAL. I LIVE FAR AWAY AND I CAN'T GO TO ASK IF I HAVE TO TAKE SCHEDULES FOR THE FLU VACCINE. ANSWER THE PHONES. EXACTLY THE SAME HAPPENS IN THE MEDICUS CENTER, THEY HAVE YOU HANGED UP FOR AT LEAST THIRTY MINUTES SO THAT THEY ATTEND YOU, AND FROM YAPA, WHILE YOU WAIT, THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY GIVE YOU EXCLUSIVE ATTENTION.

  Terrible attention. On their page it says that they have immediate clinical attention from 8:00 am. I went at 8:30 am, there was no one and they inform me that now they only attend with shift. Who to believe? Either they update their page or stop using covid as an excuse not to work.
