  Make an appointment with a doctor by phone. They took my data and when I arrived at the consultation the Doctor had retired. They hadn't written down my turn either. It was not in the system. The secretariat is not the most cordial.

  I went on 04/20/22 in the afternoon. I took the first shift a month in advance because I had commitments, and the secretary without prior notice gave the first shift to another patient. Obviously I complained and with very little understanding he told me that he will deal with the professional. The professional calls the secretary as the order passes. What a pity that such good professionals have such a poor reception of patients.

  Professional care is excellent. The secretary has a very unfriendly treatment, makes one feel very uncomfortable, and does not respect the order of the shifts!!!
