  I'll start with the bad. The rooms are quite neglected. The window frames with dirt accumulated from years. Dirty window glasses. Spider webs on the ceilings. The cleaning of the rooms is done daily, they leave you clean towels and give the room a slight refresher and the bathrooms are not cleaned properly. It shows the reluctance and lack of professionalism of the staff. In our bathroom there was a nest of ants that invaded the bathroom every day, and when I notified the answer was, "we are in the forest", and they gave me a Raid boat. The balcony is all dirty from the birds and they are not even able to clean it, which accumulates dirt for days and makes it impossible to use it, until you call and ask for it to be cleaned. Breakfast is served at the tables below, and there is no option to choose what to eat, they give you orange juice, a fruit salad, 6 toasts, a bill, butter, dulce de leche and spreadable cheese, coffee or you, and done. Every day the same thing is boring, because there is no choice, and what they give you is not of very good quality. On several occasions we went to have breakfast elsewhere to change a little. The reception staff is friendly, but unhelpful, there is not much predisposition on their part. In general, quite a lack of maintenance and absolute neglect. They don't care if you come back, they're satisfied that you paid them, and if you come back or not, they don't care. The good. The location, you are less than 200 meters from the beach, but you have to climb a dune that is quite steep for the elderly or people with little mobility. You are in the center but you don't even notice it. The garden is nice to have a drink or relax. The pool is comfortable, you have it on the terrace, with heated water, umbrellas and loungers, useful for when you don't want to go to the beach or because of the wind or when you want to rest in silence.

  To give an opinion that will serve you, I am going to highlight as concisely as possible all the good and bad that we feel in our experience; THE GOOD; -It was cheap: we went to spend the holidays for 1 week and we got 95 (320 greens at the exchange rate of that day) -It is very well located, in front starts the center of Mar de las pampas and on the same street at 150mts you have the beach. -It has private garages and roofs for hotel guests. -It has an all-inclusive pool on the terrace with a beautiful view (attached photos) -Rooms with air conditioning and minibar -They lend you umbrellas and lounge chairs to go to the beach, we thought this was an excellent and very practical detail, (we had taken a tent and we didn't use it for even 1 day since this service was much more practical, when we left we asked for them and when we returned from the beach in the afternoon we returned them, and they were in good condition and of good quality.) (We also attached photos) -It has a complete Spa. Now THE BAD; -The rooms had details and partial arrangements made not worthy of the general quality of the hotel (attached photos) they also had broken things -The bathroom was small -The shower even smaller -It was dysfunctional and impractical, -The balcony being made of separate wooden planks, not only would it get dirty right away, but if those from above went out onto your balcony when you stepped on it, the sand would fall from your feet and that was horrible. -The cleaning service never cleaned the balcony, neither the tables nor the chairs, until we went to ask for it to be able to eat there they did not clean it, and in fact the next day it was already dirty but they did not clean it again -Another negative point has to do with the cleaning service, if you want your room to be cleaned, leave a sign on the handle of the door on the outside, now, it happened to us that one day without putting up a sign they entered to the room and they cleaned, being that we had not put up a sign and not only that, they left the windows open (without the lock) and they face the street! If someone had entered, everything was a gift and I don't want to imagine the headache that the claim would have been and everything that would follow afterwards... thank God nothing happened or was missing, but they could have ruined our vacations. (We did not receive an apology or anything for what happened, the cleaning lady to whom we mentioned it made a complete fool of herself and we did not like that at all.) -Last but not least, another negative point was the breakfast, since you couldn't help yourself or choose or anything, it wasn't self-service, but basically you sat down and they served you an already prepared breakfast and every day it was the same It didn't change and you couldn't choose anything either, it was that or nothing! Breakfast had some bills, toast, fruit salad, cold cuts, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 cup of coffee, the latter was the only thing you could choose. It was until 10 in the morning like almost everyone else. The quality of the things was not very good and the baskets where they brought it more than once were dirty or stained from previous breakfasts. To conclude I tell you that the general experience was good, the hotel is complete, everything works, but keep in mind that it is like a 3 or 4 star, it has its things. And at least in our case the price and location was so good that it outshines all the bad. I hope I've helped!

  New facilities set with quality and good taste. Good breakfast served at the table. If you have physical limitations, ask because most of the rooms are accessed by stairs.

  Excellent any way you look at it. We were in an apartment for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children. Everything impeccable! The location is excellent. The breakfast is very complete. Very good cleaning service. We will return without a doubt!

  Very nice hotel, central, close to the beach, with spacious and comfortable rooms, bathroom with double shower, abundant and assorted breakfast. Very good attention from the guys. To come back.
