  The shift system is very bad, on the website it says that you can request it through a call, WhatsApp or mail but by WhatsApp the only thing they do is tell you to call to request it, and you can call 100 times that they DO NOT attend to you. The truth is terrible, it's a shame to have to change doctors because they can't do things properly.

  The doctors are very good. It is a pity that the issue of shifts is handled so poorly. You have to remember when they open the agenda... it is impossible to have a close shift and the attention is not kind (it seems that they are doing you a favor). Especially taking into account that many times you cannot wait, for example pediatrics, approximately a month and a half for each shift, they do not take into account emergencies or situations of logical illnesses in minors, they simply tell you that there is no shift. Suggestion: they could implement a website for shifts that speeds up attention
