  It is one of the worst banks you can run into. Crowded with people, they do not respect their own schedules or their own shifts, monotonous and gloomy branch. Telephone attention does not exist and is always short of personnel. It does not have a complaint book, which is a violation of consumer defense law. Conclusions: it is a disastrous bank, my condolences to those who are forced to attend due to the most ridiculous procedures and wait hours just for an envelope where they give you the salary card for which you called and requested home delivery. A trash.

  What a shame to go to request a credit and that they have answered me that they do not have personnel that take care of these procedures !!!!!!!
