    The hotel has an agreement with the Pami, older people with serious health problems and no elevator, only stairs. I introduce this introduction so that it is understood that there is a lack of supervision. And our experience was the worst. On 5/7/14 with my husband we were preparing to leave the hotel at 9.30 am. and we could not do it until 12.30 pm. because the car was in a garage next to the hotel (whose responsibility is the hotel), with an electric gate. Catamarca city suffered a programmed power outage (from 9 to 12 and then extended until 14), the only one who did not know was the employee-receptionist NORMA; He did not open the gate and did not deign to insist on calling a responsible person to open us, he went to breakfast and after three hours of waiting and alert that the cut was extended, he called who opened the door (he said he did not know I had warned him before). The hotel did not pay any compensation, it did not even allow us to leave our luggage in the room, claiming that the delivery was until 10 am. The truth is that we arrived 3 hours later at El Mollar (at dusk) we lost the sunny day and the start of our vacation made us bitter.
