  Terrible attention, they don't answer the phone, if they answer they do it in a curt, primitive way, there are supposed to be people answering in a coherent and concise way, I've been consulting for a correspondence for 1 week, they tell me that I should wait, they were a only once and they were no more, in the second warning the postman could not, they do not inform me if I should continue waiting or can I go and pick it up? the service is terrifying!   Ask for passports. I had a first visit that was not at home and the next business day they were coming back. I had doubts about whether they would pass again or I would ask you to look for it personally since it did not mention the steps to follow on the page and the phone did not give me. I WROTE THROUGH MESSENGER AND THEY ANSWERED ME, so I think that is the means of communication, since I also did it via WhatsApp and they did not respond..

  El local está en un lugar re incómodo para llegar. No atienden TE ni responden WhatsApp. Para entrega de DNI van una sola vez. Dejan la correspondencia en cualquier dirección. Habiendo buzón, el repartidor tiró el aviso al piso y el viento lo llevó.
