    One of the worst email services out there. They had to give me a card on the 3rd. That morning, WHEN I WAS AT MY HOME, I received an SMS saying that they couldn't find me, and that I should arrange a new visit on the web. I agreed for Monday the 6th from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. After that hour I contacted the web chat and they told me that it was to deliver that day between 9 and 6 pm (hour that I had not chosen). Not only did THEY NOT PASS, but on Tuesday when I complained they told me that they would pass in 48-72 hours. And to complete it, they passed today, since it was 24 hours and not 48 hours, therefore it was not there. Now they give me only 2 days to go to Diagonal Norte (a branch that is far away from me). They never respected delivery deadlines, they don't come and say yes, in the midst of shipping and online shopping it seems that they still don't know how to handle mail. Total disaster!!!!!
