  The address where they should make the delivery is a company that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and has a reception that is dedicated to receiving shipments permanently. However, every time the merchandise is sent by OCASA, we receive a notification that says that "they have already passed through the address and there was no one there." That way they save time and deliver the merchandise when they feel like it. The customer service is lousy, they don't know how to tell you anything, they don't care, it's as if they were used to it.
