  We waited 3 weeks for an appointment (which we were required to confirm 3 times before attending). Upon arrival they made us wait under a small 40' fan with a temperature of 38 degrees, with my 6 and 13 year old girls. The youngest got a heat stroke and when I went to knock on the door to tell her that we couldn't wait any longer due to the conditions of the place (and meanwhile she let other people in), after the 3rd time it opened suddenly, and without apologizing, he told us in a very bad way to just leave, and closed the door in our faces. Not even a glass of water was offered to us. An incredible shame and disrespect. Of course we will not go again and we do not recommend this kind of people and this place at all.
