::lousy care!! We went for a wrist immobilizer and when we asked him to show it to me he gave us a catalog with a tiny picture!!!! The employee or I don't know who didn't even ask if she wanted to measure her size, she took it for granted that it would fit her, ok! We bought it, we paid with debit and when we left my wife tried it on in the car and it was huge... she complained again and again the employee told her in a very rude way that this was her size, my wife told her no and changed but gave him a child size! I ask: what did it cost you to have it tested? If in any case the case (which was actually a plastic bag where the wristband comes from) was already open!!! Finally we went back to the store and returned without buying anything!!! We ask for a refund of the purchase of course. It seems that they don't want to work... they lose clients like nothing happened in such a hard time...

::Very bad attention, bad treatment of the employee, and zero intention to evacuate doubts. But knowing that the products they sell are very much needed for disabled people, they missed a great sale !!! The only thing I want is good attention ... A shame!
