MORE THAN A YEAR AND A HALF AGO THEY REFUSED ME AND PUT ME OBSTACLES FROM GIVING ME A MEDICATION WHICH WITHOUT IT DETERIORATES ME COMPLETELY DUE TO EXCUSES AND MOST OF ALL BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE NON-MANDATORY CORONAVIRUS VACCINE, VERY BAD EVERYTHING, THE DISASTER COORDINATOR TREATS YOU IRONICALLY , IS ABSENT, THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PLANNED TO MAKE A CHANGE

On the day of the 12/14 date I went to the guard with respiratory problems and probably with symptoms of covid, they did not want to carry out the test and they told me that it was a simple flu and that if I had both vaccines I was fine and could continue working. They told me that even though I had a fever more than the day before and I had close contact a few days ago after when I went to the guard, I no longer have a fever and then they completely denied me to take the test. They never made me feel bad and treated me in the worst way for saying I had covid symptoms. I work in customer service with older people, so I can't harm my work and harm other people. Basically they told me that if I had both vaccinations that I was fine and that it was okay if I infect others. Bad everything.

Today, September 2, the pediatrician Nocera Maria Alejandra treated my daughter. First, when we arrived at the guard, the receptionist took our data and made us sit down, the pediatrician lady began to talk to them for 10 minutes, making us wait and there was no one else to attend, except my daughter. He made us go in, I tell him how my daughter felt, runny nose, headache, cough and diarrhea. She asks me, why should I take her if she doesn't have anything, I mean, according to her. Obviously, he didn't give him anything to drink, he told me that I should take care of that. Thing I'm not a doctor. I ask, in what situation should I take my daughter to be treated? This person was a disaster, I challenged my daughter for telling her father that he was on duty and I had to explain to him that I was doing it because I didn't talk to him, it seemed unnecessary to explain but I wasn't going to let him challenge me daughter. A rude woman, if she doesn't want to work helping people, she wouldn't have dedicated herself to medicine. I hope that as a social work, they do something with this person, I am going to go to the appropriate person so that this does not happen to another person. What's more, I asked for the certificate, because I left work and had to come back and the pediatrician didn't diagnose her. I hope you don't have to take care of any child or person anymore, you don't know about care.

This place leaves a lot to be desired!!!!! and professionals give themselves the right to yell at you and judge you. Today I went with my 14-year-old daughter, following the recommendations of Dr. Marracino María Alejandra, and the "Professional" boss of the day on Fridays at 09:00 am She verbally abused me, telling me that it was not necessary for me to take my daughter to a control being 14 years old... That they shouldn't have to tell me what to do or not do with my daughter... The truth is that I was speechless and very distressed by the mistreatment of this doctor, I ended up leaving the office, with her wanting to fix the situation, with an absurd speech about what it means to be a good mother (as if I knew what a mother I am or how I take care of my daughters)… Gender violence is not only on the male side of women to women, it also exists. In short, I left the office crying with the Doctor laughing at me from behind, MOCKING. So and with all this on top of how I am an educated person and instead of sending her to the pipe, as the situation deserved, I left without saying anything. My best regards, sometimes the most knowledgeable people are those who feel entitled to feel superior to others.
