We spent several days at the Palacio Duhau and cannot recommend it enough. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s a beautiful historic palace with a wonderful garden. There are three people who have made our stay extra special. Alan Altuzarra has made each breakfast a feast with his attentiveness, care and friendliness. Camilo gave us outstanding service and went above and beyond for us by helping us plan our trip even beyond Buenos Aires. JosĂ© HernĂĄndez for making the impossible possible. He shared fantastic recommendations beforehand and helped us reserve the best spots during our stay and always welcomed us with a smile. We rarely return to the same place but we will certainly come back here.

Stayed there for 4 nights, definitely beautiful building but that is that! Service was NoT worth the money you spend for a night! And definitely not Par to other park hyatts around the world! Room service : the Angus cut is really good and the mashed potatoes are to die for! Points: -asked for decaf coffee, still got normal coffee! - my flight arrived so early in Buenos Aires that I arrived early! I get it, check in is at certain point. They told me they would contact me when the room was ready! Check in was at 3pm! I had to stood in front of them for them to give me finally a room at 345! Not acceptable! - good thing: the whatsapp chat to request things is really good but don’t order good through them or it will take way longer than the 45 mins they state! Definitely coming back to BA, for sure, not staying there again!

A very nice hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city. Safe to walk at any hour near here. Long drive (45-60 minutes) from the international airport. The property is split into two building, the original palace and then a new-ish building behind it, connected via tunnel or across the lawn. I stayed in the “new” building, rooms are less expensive it seems in that building. Each evening I spent time in the palace side in the cigar-friendly bar. What a unique and cool spot that was. This Park Hyatt was not quite at the level of the some PHs we stayed at, such as Istanbul, Milan and Paris. Just not as refined, and there were services lapses that keep this from being a true 5 star hotel. But nonetheless, staff was super friendly, and the bartenders in the evening cocktail lounge made great drinks (Santiago!). What was the biggest letdown, and it’s a big one? The breakfast buffet. This wasn’t even Hyatt Regency standards, barely a notch above a Holiday Inn. How this pitiful and unappealing breakfast meets what should be brand standards for a Park Hyatt is beyond me. So, they lose a star for that.

My favorite part of this hotel was Santiago the bartender at the cigar bar. He was fantastic. Not only did he make the best cocktails but he also was very fun to talk to and had great recommendations. We visited him every night we were there!!

We've been here for afternoon tea. The place is beautiful, with two great terraces, gardens and a massive and probably very old tree đŸŒČ. Staff were very attentive, but the tea services wasn't that great. Each four of us ordered a different blend of tea, and they came with the four teapots and served each of our cups with the same strainer, and then took the strainer away. So we couldn't serve any more tea ourselves, and they never came back to offer more. Later they offered to refill the teapots, but it looked like they just added hot water to them, because the colour was almost translucent and the flavour was gone. The sandwiches were good, but the scones were minimal (and they served three for every two people), and the sweet pieces, I didn't like the combination of tastes too much, but that's a matter of taste.
