After waiting an hour and a half for a simple medical clinic consultation, I gave up and left without attending but with the shift already billed. They are a real disaster. They do not have monitors to show who is calling, doctors call two people every hour or so.

I had a shift at 8.50 with Schugurensky (traumatologist). At 9.30 it occurred to me to ask why they hadn't called anyone from their office. Only then did they inform me that the doctor had not yet arrived. There were older people waiting even before me. Very professional and respectful of you, as so many of God's secretaries have accustomed us, taking advantage of people's needs.

I had an appointment with Dr. Mancini, after waiting an hour and fifteen I left without my son being treated... It is disrespectful that the ophthalmologist (for children!) came to work after that waiting time. With the aggravating circumstance that my son is 6 years old and has a disability, so he cannot wait that long because it triggers a crisis. Both the Dr. and the receptionists who could not call the doctor to notify the patients should have a little empathy. The receptionist just called the doctor after an hour! terrible attention

They do not meet the shift schedule. I've been waiting 1 hour. The place has fallen apart. I have returned to the medical center again after 15 days. I've been waiting 30 minutes. I don't know why they take turns if they don't comply. Again! For the third time. I left unattended after waiting an hour. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. Zero star.

It is the medical center that I trust, they have the necessary elements and investments to carry out studies of all kinds, the doctors are very good professionals and they serve very well. It is a large space, with a nice architectural design, they maintain cleanliness and distance. On the phone they always take time to answer, but because of that they have the page of Mr. Turno, which is very organized to take turns quickly and efficiently through this digital medium.
