  We stayed with our 5 year old and it was great! The room was very well equipped. Everything was super clean. Our room had an incredible view of the garden. The staff and management are not only friendly but very attentive and accommodating! We asked for restaurants and activities in Calafate and all suggestions were great! The breakfast is buffet style and everything is neat and packed individually for hygienic purposes (which is PERFECT because we’re sadly still living through a Pandemic). We were very happy with the variety offered (Especially the cereal and scrambled eggs for our kid). The hotel itself is beautiful, and it has an easy access to town and the lake. We will definitely be going back the next time we visit Calafate and I would recommend the hotel 100%!

  Everything was impeccable; the room, the breakfast service, the breakfast itself and the hotel facilities. Special thanks to Pablo and Rafael for making our experience seamless. If your stay falls in a hot season, it might be worth asking if the hotel has fans. We did not do it as we were able to leave the windows open as the hotel area is very quiet but just in case you need some extra refreshment.

  Pleasant hotel and decent (but not great) breakfast. It is on the edge of town, a bit of a walk if you are on foot.

  Wonderfully clean rooms! Outstanding staff. Ask Rafael, the friendly and thoughtful manager, to see his glacier videos. Most comfortable bed in all of Patagonia. I stayed Twice in 2 different t rooms so I know! Huge breakfast. Pablo is also a delight.
