I had a ghastly experience with this Toyota dealer that could have had me killed in addition to them completely ripping me off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After misdiagnosing my brake issues (as I was ignorant and a novice), they sold me replacements I didnt need i.e. new brake discs and brake pads. Not 4 months after my replacements when driving downhill on a mountain road, my brakes failed at 80 km/h. Luckily for me there were no other cars and I was not approaching a corner, so no incident occurred as I slowed down with my gears. After going to a mechanic I had the brake pads removed and to my absolute horror they did not replace my original pads, so of course they were totally worn out and would eventually not work. I was also charged for the replacement of my brake pads. As a result of driving with these pads, the discs also got warped and had to be straightened. Aside from just stealing my money from me, misdiagnosing my issue and then not replacing my parts, sending my car off like this is extremely dangerous and unethical. I went to this dealer because they were an official Toyota dealer, thinking I would avoid this dangerous situation, but they ripped me off and I was fortunate there were not serious consequences for me.
