  I had already commented on this about the Saenz Peña branch, now the Resistencia branch is the same, they should add more staff or offer shifts, it cannot be that they stop people for 3 hours waiting to be seen to find out if they received their documentation or not. Terrible service. The Nbch should seek or demand a better delivery service.

  It's a feeling of feeling trapped with the service of this mail...well they bill with service from other entities and from our contribution but when it comes to attending we end up queuing for more than an hour. There are few staff attending. The New Bank of Chaco should review who outsourced the service for its customers. On top of that, you finish queuing and they tell you that the card is in another branch. Terrible service

  It is a private email that should send you cards and bills at home but never do. It appears on its website that the mailman is delivering but it is a lie. You should always go to remove it from the premises and if attention is slow and reluctantly.
