  They don't have enough specialists and no one is in charge of any of the guards, they usually send people to Còrdoba… and if we don't have mobility they leave us stranded. All this if you are in a hospital, PAMI for example. does not authorize admission to that place, ahhh no! You have to go back to Carlos Paz! I assume a "billing" problem. They don't want to lose the patient but they don't care for him properly either.

  My daughter fractured her finger, they took a plate and I went to look for it twice along with the report and they didn't have it ready to deliver. I left you an email because I'm from Buenos Aires and I was leaving, they agreed to send it to me the next day... I've been waiting for a week for them to send it to me! I call by phone and they refer me to a number which no one answers. Disaster!

  We went with my mother to the clinic and told the receptionist that she had been bitten by a scorpion, the receptionist told the doctor and he charged us... But when she went to the guard they told her that they did not have the serum. They made us waste time, which in these cases is the most precious thing. Luckily, at the Sayago hospital, they treated her excellently.

  The telephone service to take appointments is a disgrace, nobody is responsible for anything. Without contemplating that my brother was dying and we did not want to attend to him quickly as he was diabetic and suffering from gangrene, I had to take him to the hospital because in this clinic after several attempts they never wanted to attend to him. We had to go to the hospital directly for intensive care but in this clinic they said that he was not ready to be admitted WITHOUT DOING ANY STUDY. He died a month later in this same clinic, these things cause an inexplicable anger because not only do they treat you very badly, but you no longer know who to talk to to find answers. The delay is very long but before going to this clinic if you are dying I advise you to go to a public hospital since the attention is very poor, very low, very degrading. I do not have any positive aspect to highlight, just a disappointment that they do not mind improving at all. It is not a 1. It is a minus 100. Attention by Social Work AWFUL
