::A shame, like every organism that depends on the state, nobody works. ::Terrible attention. I just went with a baby to pay a tax and the cashier (about 45 years old and very expensive to be having a bad time) yelled at me that I can't use my cell phone to show the payment slips. Unpresentable that people like that occupy a place in a state bank.
