Very good branch, everyone is very attentive, everything is resolved quickly, so you have to wait less, I always go, it is my favorite branch

The truth is, it is the first time that I go to this branch and my experience has been quite good, I have the DNI Account and they offered me a Visa credit card from the bank, Lucas called me in a kind way so that I could go sign the papers and I went, kind and cordial security person who receives you, I did not wait long, just a few minutes of waiting and Juan Manuel attended me, good attention, he answered my questions. The only thing to criticize and that is why I do not give it five stars is that they have so many papers signed in times of ecological and planet care, in that they are quite backwards and outdated and should be improved. But in general terms, this bank is quite good, I was able to immediately finish the process and withdraw without much loss of time, and well for the DNI Account and its discounts and promotions.

A shame, like every organism that depends on the state, nobody works. Only a superb security man who plays at being the owner of the branch "serves" you and discusses things that are published on the bank's own page. They continue to shield themselves in the Covid to not attend, as if they were victims of something. How will all of us who work in health, in supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. to be able to do our job, right? The gentlemen don't. They have our money, they finance themselves with it and on top of that they mistreat you.

Terrible attention. I just went with a baby to pay a tax and the cashier (about 45 years old and very expensive to be having a bad time) yelled at me that I can't use my cell phone to show the payment slips. Unpresentable that people like that occupy a place in a state bank.
