  I went several times, the man who attends is very rude, disrespectful, he communicates in a terrible way. The premises do not respect the stipulated opening hours. Today was the last straw, he stopped attending because a woman who was not in her right mind, hinted that she might be sick with Covid, closed the door of the business and stayed behind the counter with a screen observing everything. The lady sitting in the doorway did not move. The police came, managed to get the lady to come, asked to speak with the pawnbroker/owner, who opened the door without a mask and told the officer first that he was not attending for security reasons and then that he did not feel well. We were 15 people queuing and we had to leave without paying. I should have filmed it. All very crazy really.
