  One T- shirt and few socks was stolen from the laundry and no one wants take any responsibility and blame me saying you never give it .Also no one ever apologised for that. Reception is very rude and they don’t want to help you . Hotel staffs are thieves.

  Facilities are really old and could use some maintenance. There was some visible mold in the ceilings and furniture really showed its age. Although the location was amazing, I do not recommend.

  Possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. No hot water, no towels, WiFi doesn’t work, front door is not sturdy, etc. I’ve stayed at other Ramada’s that were excellent, but I guess there is not a standard quality for the chain. Will probably stick to a Marriott next time as you know what you’re getting

  Best thing about this hotel is it's location, very close to the river coast where you can enjoy some fresh air, go out for a walk/run and there's some nice playgrounds for kids. The hotel itself, disappointing. Outdated, laking maintenance, bad smell across the hallway of the 3rd floor where I stayed. Didn't try the restaurant (opens at 8 PM for dinner). Breakfast was also lacking variety. Staff was OK. Wouldn't stay there again.
