    I only lowered one star because the stools in the breakfast room in the room were uncomfortable for me. The location is excellent. Close to everything and the main thing near the sea. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, especially the biscuits, cookies and doughs, all homemade. The attention of the guys at the reception is friendly and respectful. Having an umbrella, armchairs and beach towels was super useful for me. The outdoor pool is always clean and full. I did not use the spa because it was very hot. But it looked clean and working.

    We went to spend Christmas a few days ago, and we had a wonderful time. We were in the studios on the ground floor and they are beautiful, comfortable, with an impressive view, you can't believe it!! The breakfast is complete, the attention is very good and Guada of the animation is great! We went to the spa several times and everything was fine. It only needs to renew the decks that are worn out and lack maintenance, but if there is a problem or something doesn't work, they respond immediately... I would return, without a doubt!!

    It has all the comforts, the breakfast is very rich, and the attention of all those who work in the place is very good. It would only improve maintenance, details such as painting, some things that perhaps wear out over time and have not been improved. but we had a great time and it met expectations.

    We spent a wonderful week. Incredible ocean view, direct access from the room that has a double jacuzzi and full kitchenette. There is a spa with heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massages. The delicious breakfasts, very varied, all homemade. Highly recommended. Very well cared for especially Walter, who is in all the details.

    I should put 0 (zero) stars directly. On 10/28/2022 our nightmare began. I had contacted the person in charge through their website to contract from Friday the 28th to Sunday the 30th, and I asked emphatically if the spa services were working (indoor heated pool, jacuzzi with ozone, sauna and Finnish shower). They told me that the only thing that didn't work was the latter and we made the reservation. Although the site is not centrally located, we were excited that the studio had direct access to the beach. We arrived on Friday at 4:00 p.m. (check in was at 1 pm) and the appearance was not the best... the large pillowcases on the bed looked wrinkled and stained, there was no soap in the bathroom (which they brought when we complained) and cleanliness was questionable. After settling in, we wanted to relax at around 5:00 p.m. in the long-awaited spa, but... the pool was filling up and the water was freezing, the jacuzzi empty and dirty, and the sauna barely warm (I was 15' inside and I didn't sweat not a drop). When complaining, they cited a last-minute problem (which had happened on Thursday, that is, when I called to consult, they already had the problem). The person in charge who spoke with me the day before (and who was offended by my insistence on asking if the services were active) did not answer me, and when she did it was to tell me that while they solved the problems, I should use the hydromassage in the room! (as if it were comparable). The pool wasn't going to be up to temperature until Saturday (anyone who knows the slightest knows that). And if we wanted to use the jacuzzi with ozone, to clean and fill it they had to stop heating the pool (a Buster Keaton scenario!). Faced with my anger, they finally told me that if I was not satisfied we would find another accommodation (yes, like that, they did not offer me another place, I had to find it myself). Fortunately there are other serious spaces and I immediately got one not only with the same services, but cheaper. They returned the sign and we withdrew. We will definitely not be back EVER! We lost a full day of our much needed rest.
