Well located. Not even remotely worth the money they ask for. Small room. old mattresses Regular bathroom. Precarious and dangerous electrical connections. Very regular service. Breakfast right there. Leave it as last options.

Although the staff attention was very good, they gave us the room dirty and at the wrong time. The facilities were not suitable for the occasion. Also, the pool area was under maintenance and we were not informed.

Avoid at all cost. Check in was a 2pm, we had the room (not cleaned) at 4pm. Had a strong allergies due to uncleaned bed sheets. It says you have buffet Breakfast, not true. Not a clean hotel. Don't come here.

If I could I would give this hotel a half star. NOT recommended at ALL!!It's an old hotel with actual key entry to the rooms, but you have to return the key to the front desk when you leave your room and ask for it back upon returning. Security is questionable and although there is a safe in the room we left no valuables. Staff is NOT friendly or helpful in resolving problems. Our room was next to the elevator (455) and the noise was unbearable!! This combined with the street noise makes for zero sleep at night. We were 5 people with 6 single beds in 2 bedrooms, horrible flat pillows, carpet looked like it was never vacuumed, towels paper thin (plus they charged us for one of them because "it got dirty"!!!---apparently they don't wash the towels???), only 1 bathroom that was ridiculously small for the amount of people. The heat/air gets shut off when you leave the room so when you return it is muggy and we had to request the electricity to be turned on in order for the wall units to function. The complimentary breakfast buffet was pitiful and I was scolded for preparing my tea in a travel mug to take with me!! We paid almost $200 US dollars a night and this hotel was not worth a fraction of their cost. The only plus is the location but there are many other hotels that are just as well located.
