  Very tedious waiting to be able to register... very slow.!! And to control the prescriptions very well since I always had problems regarding the beneficiary number...doctor stamps...etc...then they bounce in the pharmacy!!!

  I can't get them to give me an invoice or receipt for $800 pesos that they charged me "extra" for a pediatric consultation that the social work covered. I asked for the receipt and the receptionist told me that they would send it to me the next day by mail... I went to another doctor again with my baby 15 days later and I told them that I had never received the mail, the same girl told me that He attended me the previous time "yes yes tomorrow without fail the accountant will send it to you" and 1 month has passed since then and they never gave me the receipt...

  Terrible, they give you shifts for a month and a half, when you come to see you, they always have a problem with social work, you want to pay for the consultation and they only receive cash, we are in 2022, they should have an alternative means of payment. IM not coming back anymore

  I read the previous opinion and I couldn't agree more. Doctor Tolossa should no longer have a doctor's job. I went with my pregnant partner and he treated us super badly, he said that my wife had coronv when we clarified to him more than 3 times that it was almost impossible because we had no contact with anyone and he told us without a bit of tact that the pregnancy was in "SUPER DANGER" (the literal words he used). We left and went to do a coronv test, I didn't have either of them. Now I have my pregnant wife with various symptoms of having another disease and we don't know why this inefficient doctor didn't want to give us another chance than the easiest one. This person cannot continue working as a doctor.

  Dr. Gabriela Tolossa is not at all empathetic with patients, she gives you a hasty diagnosis without even listening to you and also uses expressions like "you shit" and "2+2 are 4" in front of people who are suffering and still maintain respect for her . If it's your turn, don't go. We paid and he did not attend us for a minute or listen to our doubts, in addition to telling us the worst possible things without even checking us. I only leave this opinion so that no one else goes through the same thing again, if you have to see this doctor, cancel the appointment or it is possible that you will leave the office sad and frustrated.
