::We were staying from 09/16/2022 to 09/18/2022; we had reserved and paid for one more day, but we decided to leave the hotel because it was not what we expected. The room has a single window that overlooks an internal patio and the window of the kitchen in the dining room: We spent the 3 days with the curtain closed because you are exposed to people who see you directly. The bathroom is very run down; the shower is fallen and broken, you hit against it; the bathroom curtain breaks and comes off (also the water passes and you have to dry the floor). The breakfast is good, and complete (And well attended!!!). The most unfortunate thing is that we expressed our complaint, but, apparently, nobody cared that we left before having already paid for what we said. San Rafael offers very nice tours and exceptional WINE tourism, a pity that nobody supervises these offers that make one not want to return.
