  The treatment with the grandparents is incredible, I have a family member on the 4th floor, the nurse treated my mother badly, zero empathy, they do not report anything, it seems that the patients bother them, they laughed at my mother because she asked her husband if His feet hurt, then they tied him to the bed and when he asked why the same nurse who was laughing told him: "why the fuck?" Disaster!
