  Terrible attention from the secretaries, zero empathy and treatment towards pregnant women. Eternal delays, incredible that pregnant women (who have priority anywhere) in the sanatorium have delays of up to 2 hours..

  Pathetic and very unprofessional sanatorium. I twice took appointment with clinicians to make a consultation from the page. In both they took my shift with OSDE and in both, when I arrived at the reception on the day of the shift, they told me that the doctors did not see OSDE. Moreover, in one I waited an hour and a half for the doctor and he had to tell me that he did not work for OSDE. I never come back.

  The institution is very careless with respect to respecting the schedules of patients and professionals. Very poor and poorly designed care system.

  A disaster.. communication with the sanatorium is impossible. They never answer, they don't even answer the messages. a real pity such a beautiful sanatorium

  It rings three times and it doesn't ring anymore... the call continues running but in silence. After trying many times, a machine answers that gives you number options to send whats app. Too bad, I have no choice, I'll have to go there...
