  They are an embarrassment of clinic!!! Doctors don't know anything, they just "guess" what a patient may have and treat them based on that. Today my mother was admitted due to poisoning due to a medication after a month of hospitalization in this place, do you know what one of the doctors told us? "She is not intoxicated, she has a vascular problem and it will get worse, if we put her in a common room someone has to accompany her until the time comes" In simple words she said that my mother was going to die in days because of something she assumed she had just by looking at it, without doing a study or anything. The truth is that if they tell you to bring a family member, think twice, because they don't get worse because of the disease they have, they get worse because of the doctors who don't know what a patient has.

  I am from Corral de Bustos. I called early this morning. They attended me right away and they solved my problem. I have pa me and I have an appointment with the ENT doctor for October 24. Excellent attention and the girl who answered me by phone was very kind.

  Terrible attention. Today, at least half an hour ago, we went with my sister to ask for an appointment, we waited an hour for them to attend us, when (according to the man at reception, very nice and attentive) at 1:30 p.m. they stop eating and They have to go back to work. The slowness with which the administration works. When being attended, not only was there no education, but another of the staff came and they started talking when they are at work. It may not be my job, but what I know is that when you work in contact with people, you need education and attention, you cannot start a conversation two minutes after you arrive from your break (which takes half an hour more) and leave the client waiting ONLY because you want to hear what your partner did yesterday... They should put qualified people or people who really want to work, because if we speak with the truth, they devalue the sanatorium and the doctors there. And not to mention that if you come by mutual they give you shifts for two months here AND IF IT'S EARLY, but if you ask privately, of course, they give it to you for that same day. It is unacceptable to pay a mutual, work for your retirement and break your back for it, when it does not help you, because there are things that are urgent

  Shift management is a disaster. They don't answer the phone. They force you to go. When you try to take a turn in the place, the system is not clear. Very slow and bureaucratic. Disaster. Directly I could not manage a shift.
