  Terrible attention, you always have to wait at least an hour for them to attend to you. The stripped suit mistreats patients. I had to go with a sprained ankle without being able to even walk and the doctor on duty did not want to give me rest. In the public hospital they take better care of him.

  Lousy attention. I went to the gynecological guard. The doctor spoke badly to me since I spent treating myself that I was wasting her time and that I was lying about my symptoms. I had to tell her that it didn't seem like the way to talk to me and she justified that she was alone and it was a holiday. It's not my fault. I pay a social work for when I have a problem that I consider important to you to go to a guard since that's what they provide the service for, otherwise they don't attend and that's it. Really disrespectful. I literally left with nothing, I could be having an intrauterine infection and I don't know because he didn't check me properly or listen to what I was explaining, he only took 3 minutes to speak badly to me. A total lack of respect.

  I took my son to the guard yesterday, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. we were there. My son with a fever, vomiting, dizzy, they did not pay attention to him. He was treated by a doctor who asked us to do an ultrasound and we spent more than an hour waiting for the sonographer, then more than an hour waiting for them to call him back to give me a diagnosis, which basically they did NOT give me. They told me spoken instructions, they did not give me any written paper with the instructions or a prescription, NOTHING. DISASTER. I asked them to take his temperature so they could give him some antithermic and they told me to wait. While my son was throwing up and NO ONE gave him the attention he needed. There was no soap in the bathroom, I made the claim and in a bad way they gave me a cloth with soap to clean my vomited son. Before it was a good clinic, now it is a disaster. I would give it a zero if I could.

  All a mess! Professionals have nothing. Neither doctors nor administration staff. They made me wait an hour being the first person on duty. She treated me from afar and she wasn't even a traumatologist. Which is why I went. If I could I would give it 0 stars.

  Good medical care, but bad from the administration staff, days after the 4th wave of COVID was announced, guard fills everything together, everyone coughing, adults and children! Could you air it out a bit? They could ask for symptoms and not mix people up so much.
