::For a year I had no major problems with the care, but these last three days they made an ordeal to get an appointment with surgery, they take half an hour to answer by phone and there is never an appointment. I do not understand how having an emergency surgery does not take the life of a patient responsibly, shameful

::Yesterday I went with my daughter, since we suspected that she had fractured her wrist. The diagnosis was accurate, they treated us well and all in all quickly (why did we go early) what I would say if they want to improve patient care is: When I had to make an appointment for the control (in 15 days) they only offered me a traumatologist who obviously does not have an appointment. I had to insist and argue with one of the girls from the container to solve the issue and she sent me to the external offices on Chacabuco Street, so that the receptionist told me to come without a shift on the day of care 🤷. First: that they have only one professional in the entire clinic does not speak well, second, yes or if they have to get me an appointment, why else is it considered abandonment of the patient, especially when we talk about children. Luckily it was "fixed". What I highlight is the love of the reception girls, sweet, attentive and patient. Thank you

::My daughter was operated on by art in this sanatorium. Terrible attention from the staff. They treat people badly both at the reception and the security staff. When the orderly came to look for her, the stretcher did not have a sheet, they had to take the one from the bed, during the operation they had to go look for the anesthesiologist, who had left the operating room. When the operation was over, they made her move alone to the stretcher and the same from the stretcher to the bed, all of this told by her since they do not allow any family member to stay with the patient. When we were discharged there was no wheelchair to get from the second floor to Calle De Terror!!!!!

::A complete disaster, more than 3 hours of waiting. A single clinician who suddenly disappears. My wife had to leave without finishing treatment. I never come again

::If you have your whole life to wait, maybe this place will serve you. 5 hours to see a doctor, they make people wait in the street, cold, the wait is due to inefficiency of the staff. The doctor was not there, he left... Sick people waiting! Shameful! In addition, bad attention from the reception staff, bad predisposition and mistreatment.
