::I rate the service with one star because you can't rate it with zero stars. I went to have an ultrasound of the thigh with a previous shift, the girl who received me (who has been working in the place for several years) told me that they were delayed, after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting I went to complain, they told me that they had derived for a mammogram, that's why they didn't call me.... The ultrasound took 5 or 6 minutes, but I left the place 2 hours and 15 minutes after I entered. A shame, nobody supervises, the reception employees often talk to each other or are on their cell phones without quickly calling the patients who are waiting in front of them.
