Throw a positive review for a change. My old woman was operated on for stones in her gallbladder, practically nothing away from becoming peritonitis. Not only was the operation perfect, but also the attentive professionals. Mom came back in too much pain, but the nurses were able to fix the problem instantly without too much trouble. Hours later they even stopped by to see if he was feeling better. The star that remained was because it is impossible to communicate by phone for shifts and practically you have to ask everything to know where to go because there are almost no directions and sometimes they beat you from here to there. Just here when we came for the hospitalization we realized that we had to bring cutlery for the food. There are also some building issues. At the time of writing this it is pure winter and cool comes in from the windows. There is a ventilation that supposedly gives heating, but you don't even feel it. If you go into the hospital in winter, bring blankets.

The attention is cordial, the place is a bit old but despite that, clean thanks to the effort of its staff

My grandmother was hospitalized (LUCKY) they didn't even give her breakfast, I took her medications at 6 in the morning, and nobody gave it to her, I was able to give them to her when they let me go see her two minutes after 5 hours. I found her naked with only one blanket and without having eaten all morning. Terrible. There was only one doctor on duty who helped me, all the nurses were a DISASTER!!! They didn't help ANYTHING.
